What happens to the self-chill builds then?
Do they just never ever get that upgrade on any character to avoid breaking the build? |

Consider making it an option to opt out of some of these effects.
Self chill gets punished by ever completing the Brine King pantheons that you'd want otherwise on other characters. I just play good stuff.

Will there be a toggle/ way to disable upgrades? this specifically is an issue for self-chill builds that want to run brine king for freeze immunity

Cool, but this needs to be a toggle. Some builds don't want the upgrades.
