Long story short, the best passives in the game are getting nerfed into oblivion to make way for "more build diversity" instead of buffing other builds while raising difficulty.

An alpha user leaked some patch notes on Reddit. If it's real then some of the nodes that were seen as "mandatory" are being nerfed.

Chris confirmed that the patch notes were "real" but outdated, and do not reflect all of the changes to 0.11.0
I'd link them, but I don't wanna get banned.
You might be able to still find them in the Pathofexile reddit or the forums somewhere.

These patch notes are old internal ones that:
a) Aren't formatted correctly, spellchecked, etc. I had not even seen this document before it was posted. A lot of the comments in this thread suspecting they are fake are due to the fact that they haven't had the iteration and polish that the real ones do have.
b) Aren't up to date - there are some things like the events on the character screen that aren't even mentioned in these.
c) Are leaked in violation of the Alpha rules that people agreed to. This may prevent early patch notes being posted in the future, which probably hurts all Alpha testers.
We typically don't post patch notes until closer to the release day because so much changes in the patch in the days approaching release. If people read unfinished notes then they're less likely to read the real notes and will miss important information.

2 sincere requests:
1. Please dont nerf ES like u did during open beta. At that time char wipe wus there but this time it wud be heartbreaking if all our hard-earned ES items suddenly become useless. I understand that high life/ranged builds are currently OP with items like kaoms etc etc but those and good ES items are so rare nyway.
2. Please giv option to disable alt+enter coz many times disconnection occurs when accidentally pressing alt+enter.

You have to remember that monsters will deal LESS damage than before.

Please man, Kaom's is so rare and so expensive only a handfull of people have it, rest can only dream about it. You can't generalize OP of certain builds based on one such item that is more unavailable than available. It's like saying ES builds are OP bcs they have 500ES shields, 900ES chests and 300es circlets...
