Just little less then 3 hours and I am ready to go! :) Been waiting for this to happen, but it was really worth the wait when I read up on the patch notes. Bring it! :D

I have stable ping 50-60 in game and that is lol I see desync! Packets go 20 times per second between my PC and the server, it's a crappy server side game code or bandwidth issues!

Well they are getting new servers constantly, as they are hiring new developers too. Afaik they went up from 20 to 33 devs and that's a very good sign i guess. They dont have to eleminate desync to zero in an upcoming patch. They are more likely to make it a little bit better from patch to patch, until its like never annoying. Until that, use /oos. Bind it.
