I admit, at first I thought the race was being over hyped by a lot of people, but in the end, people did better then ever, and more importantly the whole top 50 was pretty competitive, and it looks like it will only get harder.

Last week race was absolutely retarded with the account sharing accusations because there were clear spaces where Dominion was logged off and not gaining xp. This week there is actual evidence because of the 104 hours with 0 breaks - and even during the points where he wasn't gaining xp, he was in the trade/global.

Which is why I also noted its retarded to cry account sharing because its impossible to prove that someone else shared the same physical space to control the character. While its HIGHLY improbable, a "normal"* person can stay awake for up to 8 days, while the record is 11 days.

Like I said, its just impossible to prove, unless maybe GGG somehow recorded packet inputs and can find a different pattern to decipher when different people were playing.

Good games all, first week race, had a blast and met a lot of cool people. Started out with a party of 3 and moved on to 6, showed me a full party is really really more effective. Managed to place 6th overall, dieing twice on the second day, mostly becasue I was undergeared and wreckless.

Yeah, unless they were on diff computers it's impossible to prove unfortunately.

Also, my gear for the race, pierce lightning arrow as always, my personal favorite build lately, but was using leap slam as my form of movement so no move speed was necessary lol

Started as a group of 3 with FoolyCoolant and Ragnarok789. I didn't spec into dual curses until we joined up with IMDisappoint, Pastromy, and Magnicon2. In the initial group I just used summons as a meat shield and had a shitload of fun with a detonate dead spell totem with concentrated effect. Mad lulz. Specced into dual curses and just ran around temp chaining/enfeebling/elemental weaknessing things in the larger group.

Let it also be known that the "Pay your respects to the RNG Gods" thing that started happening in the last few days was the result of my original group when we did our first 64 map and got 2 65's and 2 66's. It became a running joke (It's not really a joke, the RNG Gods don't like to be taken lightly) and the new group started up with it too and it seemed to spread to others. Hope it keeps up.

Also had fun trolling global chat, specifically Cybrix, and thanks a lot of Nugiyen and the GGG Team for giving us that Cells which allowed us to finish our push to get the entire team into top 20. I'm sure Simon isn't happy about that.

I did kripparian wand templar build, ended up lvl 80 53% with my char, playing with a very good group. Couldnt get demigod =( so i guess im gonna need to get ripped off in OB to get one.

Thx to: franky, casius, victor, Slang and andy. It was a great race and gameplay experience.

Please make totems, support skills only. They make the end game look very bleak. People just spam them, and stay behind. Sorry but its really lame to watch. Make the game look bad.

They have addressed this for Open Beta, if you go Dual Totems then you cant use any attacking skills/spells.

DabzKeepMeAlive - Summoner Support Witch

This was my first race and couldn't be more please with my results! This race had so much competition, it was great. I could of placed top 10, but an "unnamed individual" lost all our maps.

I was running 3 curses, 21 minions, power and endurance charges conduit. The conduit charges do not effect minions, only party members. Our party consisted of an ice spear totem/freezing pulse shadow, a spark totem/freezing pulse shadow/templar, a split arrow/ele hit ranger, and another spork/pulse templar.

I ran the following curses:

Temporal Chains - for all turbos and on most dangerous bosses too.

Enfeeble - same temp chains. One of my most used.

Elemental Weakness: used for easy bosses and to clear easy maps.

Conductivity: works great with spark.

I had 12,688 energy shield w/ discipline when wearing the full es gear. This gear was used on 67+ maps.

I had 10,386 energy shield w/ discipline when wearing the 5% exp helm and Bones of Ullr.

I had 77% all resist running purity with room to spare for -resist maps.

I had really great luck with drops in 67+ maps for my higher ES gear. I found all my quality gems early which really really made my minions tanky. I didn't GCP any of them.

Having a summoner witch makes all flicker bosses easy. Also makes Oak/Brutus easy.
