" Not entirely, probably, but it's working as it should. It's the same idea as linking Quality Reduced Mana and removing it later, except with Blood Magic :P RM's Quality effect is Reduced Cost, which does not apply to Auras, since they have a Reservation. Additionally, the 'base' Mana reduction still applies even if you take the RM gem out, because skills are not retroactively changed after casting. I hope no one posted about how unrealistic this looks. It IS a game where there are mana potions, monsters, undead, etc. Nothing is realistic.

Can you test explosive arrow with this much attack speed it should cause a huge dmg explosion.

Is it intended to allow players to have such high atk speed? 0o seems a bit out of whack.
