This community seems to suffer from bipolar disorder. ;)
Not a single response here lectures or even insults OP and yet the answers in MY EXACT SAME THREAD MADE 6 WEEKS AGO(!!!) are (mostly) the complete opposite of this thread (not counting the derailing in the end.) I don't get it, I really don't. http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/579015 Последняя редакция: Tarantel#1493. Время: 16 дек. 2013 г., 12:05:50

I would rather see GG constantly than to see one more person spell the word lose wrong.

GG is no longer used the way it originally was meant to be used as. Nowadays people make it synonymous with the term "game over noob" basically it changed into a phrase bragging about how you 'won'. So basically according to the POE community, it means if you buy their 'gg' gear you basically 'win' the game and make everybody else look like a newborn chick.

You can say either "forums" or "fora". In Latin the ending "-a" is the nominative and accusative plural ending of nouns that in their singular form have the ending "-um", which generally signifies the Neuter gender.
Now, while "fora" is technically correct, in English it has been established that you can just put an "-s" at the end of any such words, and save you the hassle of exchanging a total of 3 letters. Even more so, in our days of rampant anti-intellectualism ("would of") one might be better of to lay low and say "forums" so as not to come off as an elitist prick. |
