Does a the free passive reset include bandit quests?

The notes say there will be a free option full passives reset when Sacrifice of the Vaal is out in a couple days.
Anyone know if that will include resetting the bandit quest choices? Cause I misclicked one bandit quest choice, and don't want to use 20regrets on the vendor recipe to reset if it's going to be part of the free full refund. |

in open beta you couldn't refund the bandit quest at all -- I think they added that 20 regret book when they reworked the tree on releases, so if you didn't get a free bandit respec then I doubt you will now.

Too bad.
I think that is not only a good idea, but a reasonable request. Let's face it... some of you guys do a really good job of making everything count in your builds. If they change the class enough to warrant a free respec, of course the bandit quests should be factored in. |

The big question is.... What if GGG CHANGES the bandit rewards? Seems like Alira's Cruel reward could use a buff, along with Kraytin(sp?)'s Normal one. Those are unbelievably underwhelming.
