Very strong for Level 68, but no physical damage is a nice idea. I like it! And enemies become chilled as they unfreezed is very interesting too.
I hope that somebody from Grinding Gear Games will see this item. It will be interesting to have this in the game. Very well done!!! |

Page 22 "shadow tear" have the same effect. And the combination of -2000 life and bloodmagic has to be used very carefully. But you do not have Manaproblems! I only repeat: Good idea!
