IMO the new shop button makes the game look like another random cheap F2P, here's my suggestion

Yep, of couse this needs some touch-ups, but that should be easy for a professional designer.

Well, it's their loss if their game looks like generic F2P crap, not mine. I'll probably be able to enjoy the game as always. It's just a silly thing for them to approach while most basic things like the Daily Deal showcase on log-in does not exist on the Steam Client for example. Something I'd personally like as I barely notice the Daily Deals otherwise.

I did not say it turns into generic F2P crap but that it'll look like it, which is something I'd try to avoid on the current F2P market flooded with P2W shit and the F2P games, whether really P2W or not, suffering the same reputation.

You know those people coming into the forum and asking if this game here is P2W, right? There is a bigger minority who will dismiss the game right-away as P2W game. I'd be not interested to make this minority bigger just for the sake of changing an icon.

I voiced my concerns. If they do it to increase income, then there are better places to work on as I already showed an example of. The majority of native Steam players probably don't even know about the existence of Daily Deals. Something which could also point on the existence of a shop for new players, if that is the concern of the now approached button change.

I'm just stunned. Missing out on daily ~4000 active players at one day which a small percentage of could be one of those essential big-money whales holding the game up but instead adjusting a shop button, which I have no issue of getting a satisfying and obvious place on the interface but glaring at you in green with a cheap design. Maybe you can understand me now.
