CI Cold Crit build

Hello, i want to know if this is still viable, i tried to do a build with CI, Vaal pact and Ghost Reaver, focusing on ES and crit.

First of all, I'd plan with fewer points, let's say, 80 points, that way I know what I will have by the time I reach the end of Merciless.
Vaal Pact is a Keystone which is way far for you to take. As a freezing pulse (crit based) Witch, I can tell you I have no life leech issues. Some quality in your life leech gem would do.

Also, I'd take out the Wand points. What are you focusing on? A cold spell? A wand attack? Specialization is what makes a build powerful. Think about your gem setup and your auras, maybe investing a point or two in mana reservation would be wise.
