Noob Build, need help - CI Crit/Burn Prolif with Ice Spear

Hey, I'm trying out a build for Rampage and I'd like some advice on it. So far it looks like this:



The idea is to use Ice Spear's great crit rate, convert it to fire, and use PCoC and Ele Proliferation to spread burning around.

Skills would be :

Ice Spear > LMP > PCoC > Cold to Fire > Ele Prolif > Fire Pen.

Once I get my hands on a Pyre I'll drop AoF and CtF and stick on something else, probably spell echo or empower.

I'll also be using an Arc totem with Curse on Hit and Flammability or Assassin's Mark. I'll be running Clarity, Discipline, Haste and possibly Purity of Fire if I can fit it in.

Any ideas on how I can make this build work?
