What defenses for a dual dagger witch?

I'm making a viper stike dual dagger witch in beyond HC league (smart? probably not. but who cares I want to try to make it work)

I dont know anything about this sort of character. I'm wondering what type of defenses I sould focus on. I'm tempted to go CI... or maybe full evasion? What are my options? What are your recommendations?
