Kraityn Quest help

Hey guys so I'm helping oak on the 2nd difficulty and killed Alira and now need to kill Kraityn so I hopped through a couple pubbys looking for a game and entered a game where he was killed already and cant seem to get the zone to reset should I just wait an hour and see if then it resets or is this a possible bug?

By going to a zone's entrance (either from Crossroads or at a waypoint in the case of Broken Bridge) and Control + Clicking on it, a window will open allows you to join you or your party's previously opened instances and create new ones. Just create a new instance and Kraityn should be there waiting.
