Account locked

Hey, I'm writing here cause my account got locked a few days ago and I contacted support right away, yet I did not get any answer and a few days passed now

Just unsure what's the next step? Normally I got an answer from support a few minutes after messaging you and I am really concerned about all this
Double-check your Spam/Junk/Trash folders and ensure the email wasn't filtered. Also double check that "Support@GrindingGear.com" is on your "allowed" list so it doesn't get filtered.

If still nothing, send a PM to Support and they can check on the status for you (and PMs are a little harder to lose).
Checking my junk folder and my main folder once every hour waiting for a response but nothing :(

Depends on what you mean by account locked, when you go to log in is it asking you for another code which should be in the mail?...those normally are handled within the hour.

If you mean locked in the sense of banned then you should have had a response quickly saying the will put you on the the account investigation team, you then need to wait for that team to get back to you and that can take over a week.

This is the message I get when trying to log into my account, it got locked 1st august.

I got no response saying why im locked or if they are investigating, i contacted support and they said they will forward it, but well its taking an eternity

They don't tend to tell you why you were banned for a reason, and that is that they believe you have been breaking the ToS and telling you why you were banned allows you to workaround it or avoid one on a different account.

They have said the will pass it on to account investigations, as i said it can take over a week, occasionally up over a month depending on how busy they are.
Problem is that it won't go any quicker for you...you are in a queue and will be seen asap but you also have the double whammy of the support team being quite small and quite over loaded with help requests.

The big launches have always had this problem, they just don't have the money to hire more support staff
