it's 2handed, but doesn't have any sockets. It has a mod 'can be used with Facebreaker Gloves'
and maybe some other fun stuff.

If I had 1000 $ i would be thinking of doing something like that.

Oh, almost certainly. It just looks like a Lioneye's item to me -- aesthetically it's similar to the Paws. Which is odd, given he was apparently an archer.
