You highlighted the 64 bit OS as if that were an unusual thing to have in the past 10 years. They're just helpful guidelines, I'm sure you can get it working on an older 32 bit Windows XP machine, so long as you have enough free RAM. I have just translated what Garena Russia says and kept its original style. I have done this because there is no system requirements on the official site. Those aren't the requirements for PoE. Those are the requirements for the Russian Garena version. There are no requirements on the website intentionally. But 4gb of RAM and a 64-bit OS are recommended. Also a good video card that supports Pixel Shader Model 3.0. The better the machine, the better the performance. Also an SSD is a good idea. You can't just look at "Requirements" and say that your machine should work or not. This isn't a AAA game from a billion dollar studio.
