WTB Windscream for first build in Standard

I am looking to buy Windscream boots for the first build i've worked on in PoE. I'm playing standard and I am looking for any Windscream I can get on the cheaper side. I can manage up to 5 or 6 chaos or equivalent. IGN is RyuuRyuzaki. Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to sell.
