Well here's my version of the early cold witch

I don't really see anything that helps the necessary energy shield. So I decided to go INT and rely on equipment. The only thing I seem to be lacking is mana. Next I'm either going for power charges or lightening damage.

There's some energy shield stuff if you head South West down the Stamina tree and then straight down. Hope it helps.

What about the increased spell damage nodes,the onbes you went around with the critical chance for spells passives? not worth taking?

also, at the point where is a trio of minion passives, if you take the middle one, and down, next node is a 20% mana, 20 int passive, pretty good to take if you ask me

Next to that one is also one with less mana usage for skills and mana regen, if i am not wrong (not ingame atm, gonna update when i can). for 3 points you get extra mana and int, even if you waste one point in a minion passive on the way.
