can i sell currency from the game for real money?

and if so,how does it work?I have seen some posts in ebay of people selling X number of exalted orbs for example for X$.my question is,if i had a mirror of kalandra for example and i wanted to sell it in poe trade,could i sell it for real money?

Trading ingame currency for real money will get you banned if you get caught.

As darkmatch has said buying or selling in game items for real money is a bannable offence as doing so breaches the Terms of Use.
