Labyrinth door locked

Come on guys the labyrinth is way to long and then i cannot even open doors although i have the silver & gold key already found...thats just annoying...

AND DONT ASK FOR A BUG NUMBER BECAUSE I HAVE DISCONNECTS ALL THE TIME! SO I WILL NEVER REACH THE END OF THE LABYRINTH GGG!!!

Did the key dropped from the golden chest?
I experienced the same issue. The gold key does not drop from the golden chest or I couldn't take it.
(probably stuck in the chest)

This is really annoying to not be able to proceed in the labyrinth because of this.
