POE crashing

I like the game and I think that GGG have made a great game over all but my favorite parts are the huge passive skill tree providing big diversity.And I realy like the voice acting in the game...awsome voices.So I'm gonna go to the point now. I'm new to the game and I haven't even passed normal yet.The leveling experience feels realy nice with so much skills and awsome made zones but I don't realy enjoY it anymore becouse I hade to lower my texture quality to minimum. The reason is that the game crashes and I thought that it will stop once I lower as possible but I was wrong. I'm currently plaiyng like this

and it still crashes.I was thinking to go to the Labirynth but I don't want to see a crash and waste my time.So I will stop playing until I get answer by you guys hoping that you may be able to help me. My pc is bad but I cover the minimum requirements and I don't think that it should crash so often.Mainly the game crashes when the screen is full of monsters and effects but sometimes it crashes while I'm walking picking up items from the ground.Also when I press tab and alt the game logs me out to login menu.These are my pc specs

Processor: IntelCore2 duo CPU P8400 2.26 GHz
RAM: 2 GB
Video: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series

I have solved the problem where the game crashes.I reinstaled my video drivers and it no longer crashes but still I have latency and fps spikes and from what I see in the forum I'm not the only one.People with high end PCs are compaining to have the same latency and fps spikes so at least now I know that this isn't from my low spec pc.I hope GGG to fix thouse problems becouse it's a shame someone with 8 core 16 GB ram and 4 gigs of video to have problems with this game.I thin that the problems have something to do with Perandus league becouse evey time I'm near one of thouse chests I can feel the fps drops and he litency spikes right away.
