Cant enter The Lords Labyrinth

Hello.

I have standart quest, enter The Lords Labyrinth, but i cant do this, because i dont open 6 checkpoints in other location, such as Prison, Crypt and etc. In spite of fact, that i opend them early, i try to open them again just now, but i cant, they just not activated. Probably, its happens after my dye and moving to standart league, because i activate all checkpoints in Hardcore. I put screenshot, that can help you see my trouble, i have a quest enter the labyrinth, but cant do this. Ty for reading this and sorry for my english.

I have the same issue, I completed the trials in the the prophecy hardcore seasonal, but now that I am in standard I can't seem to enter the labyrinth. The quest however tells me to enter the labyrinth.

Please advise?

I have a similar problem.
I started playing Path of Exile about 2 years ago for a few months but at that time the game content was really not much (only 3 Acts in cruel difficulty available at that time).
Now that I play again there is cool new stuff such as the Labyrinth.

However, as I am on cruel difficulty I cannot complete the trials for unlocking the labyrinth on normal. Whenever I do a trial on normal (traveled to normal trial locations using the waypoints) the trial isn't counted as completed even when I open the portal at the end of the trial.

Because of that I cannot get the 2 ascendancy points from the normal difficulty labyrinth which is really frustrating.
And since my character is on level 50 I really don't want to make the same character again and level it all over again just because of some programming problem which could be easily fixed.

As it stands now this is pretty much a punishment for all Path of Exile fans who play the game since the early beginning. =/


Does anyone know if there is a way to get the 2 ascendancy points from normal difficulty (while playing on cruel difficulty)?
