decided to try out Hall of the Grandmasters

so decided to try out Hall of the Grandmasters for the fist time and i was doing fine so far until i met this



this character could do barely any damage but is unkillable, i could just stand infront of that character for a long time as it only deals 100-200 damage to me

i went to the other side of the path and met another similar character and said just fuck it, left the HofG and went to mao kun map instead

also selling my HofG maps for 5c standard

Yeah not to worry, I'm sure MOST of us exiles that have attempted the Hall of the Grandmasters map have met similar "Roadblocks". I know I have.

I wouldn't mind trying to build an Exile to defeat the Hall at some stage (as modifications to my Flame Totem and Groundslam builds haven't done the trick)... perhaps after I've finished the Prophecy Challenges? Not sure. I see the Hall as a fun, side-game PvP option for players to attempt. Its rewards are dismal (so I've read on the forums and from my own experience clearing wings) but it's fun to see and fight some of the OP Masters within.

Try a levelled "Reduced Block Chance"-Gem and you should be fine.

From a pvp experience:

If the players seem to block use . Those block pvpers only can get killed with pen block gem or a degen like bleed/poison.
tips: if you can t use block pen gem but you can use poison/bleed all you need is a very big slow hit to bypass the block and apply the bleed. let himn run after you and die.

Only slow hit can pass the block if you don t use pen block gem.

Same with es/life regen toons. You need poison/bleed or elem degen+crit.

You can use frost bomb to reduce their degen. hAll of grandmaster Q-bot toon can be killed with frost bomb or something like vortex, it will cancel his ES regen.
