Elemental/Chilling Conflux not working?

Chilling Conflux is not registering Chance to Freeze on the Character screen



Elemental Conflux is not registering Chance to Freeze



Not sure if the effect is actually affecting the creatures or not as I also have Elementalist on my passive tree as well as Status Ailment Chance on my Ascendancy tree. But you can see Ignite and Shock chances are showing and activating when hitting during Elemental Conflux effects and individual Conflux effects except Freeze chance.

Conflux gives Chill, not Freeze.
