Maligaro's Spike dialog

I have a problem with the achievement All Ears. NPC Yeena and Gruest not have a dialogue option "Maligaro's Spike," we need to complete the achievement. I have when taken quest Sharp and Cruel and only Eramir had options "Maligaro's Spike." Quest incomplete - I'm waiting for your answer. Best Regards.
