socket color crafting

I'm pretty new to the game and have a lot to learn. I understand the basics of using chromatic orbs to change socket colors, and have used the Artisan's bench to change them as well. I have a helmet with 59 strength & 59 intelligence requirements. I want to know if it's possible to make all four sockets blue and exactly how I would go about doing that. I realize it's not easy and could take a lot of chromatics, I just want to know what the best way to go about it. I've looked at the Vorici Chromatic calculator but I don't completely understand the results. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
