Advice request. Leap Slam, Ice Crash, Elemental Equ

Looking for some feed back. It is not really a complete build I guess but I wanted some feed back on it. I think it may be to low on survival ability particularly while doing the Ascendancy up to the full Templar path.

Leap slam a group, Ice Crashing once than Leap Slam again to a new area and Ice Crashing again, repeat, repeat
