[2.6] [HC] Emberwake + Taming: CI Elementalist

As we all know by default only one ignite stack can be inclicted by fire damage. We will go beyond this default playstyle and use Emberwake


to stack up ignites on enemies and The Taming


to benefit from those stacks.

We need to stack as many stacks of ignites as possible within a time period, that's why we will be using a combination of Ball Lightning as our main skill to achieve the maximum number of hits per second and


to be able to actually inflict ignites.

IMPORTANT: Note, that the damage we hit with is lightning. We use fire damage only to inflict ignites, that's why Mantra perfectly fits this build.

Apep's rage is the best choice for this build: flat dmg + cast speed.

Life leech is mandatory, reflect will kill you.

Standard set: bleed, freeze, curse, shock.


Since my character is using Apep's Rage, mana bottle is mandatory. However, if you get an ench "% of Damage Leeched as Life and Mana if you've Killed Recently", you can forget about it.
