[2.6] Low Budget MoM Frostbolt Elementalist - 200m xp/h HC Viable (WIP)

Q: Why MoM?

A: MoM is good because of a few things. Firstly, you will have the ability to potion immediately upon taking damage, rather than waiting for your ES to run out. Secondly MoM is just as effective as Hybrid as long as you keep your pool within 35-47% of your life pool. Thirdly you can reserve ALL your mana. Lastly, chaos damage is reduced by MoM so the ES isn't wasted.

Cons
- Leveling is kind of rough
- Single target is meh
- Can't do Ele Reflect
- Hexproof maps are iffy

This is a great cheap unique that basically allows 2 extra sockets. The reason this is so good is because you want blood magic so you don't dip into your Eldritch Battery pool for the MoM defense.

This is good because it gives a lot of damage, adds to your effective defense, and allows socketing for a good single target ability or more AoE.

Adds TONS of damage and clear-speed, and lets you go without GMP. You can use with GMP to clear whole maps in seconds. You'll want two of these.

Main Link:
Frostbolt> Inc Crit > Crit Dmg > Spell Echo > Cold to Fire > GMP/Faster/Slower Proj

Swap between GMP/Faster/Slower Proj. depending on clearing or fighting bosses.

Gloves:
Vaal Spark > Pierce > Echo > Inc Crit - for extra AoE.
Vaal Storm Call > Controlled Destruction > Echo > Crit Dmg - for single target.

Curse on Hit > Herald of Ice > Warlords Mark > Assassin's Mark
CWDT > Immortal Call > Vaal Haste > Inc Duration
