Extreme latency spikes

Hi, I've been having these extreme latency spike of +1000 since the start of Breach, I use a cable connection to my router.
The spikes seems to occur whenever I go near mobs with certain mods, such as bond of chaos or pulsebloods, beyond bosses also cause this lag. During these spikes my FPS and Frame time remains constant with only the latency going wild. " with this MTR my recommendation is try another PoE server. the way it reads i am interpreting it as a very possible high traffic hop before the last one. which may be causing you issues. if you have another location you can switch to though then try that. | |

Looks alright, are you sure this isn't framerate related?

The latency spikes are getting ridiculous, every 3-5 sec +300 spike. Every other game (shooters, oarpgs, mmos etc.) except PoE runs fine latency wise :(
