unexpected disconnection occurred

Hi guys. I have problems with unexpected disconnection occurred. Well, I thought this thing would be fix. But no. I sent a letter to GGG's support. But they dont me answer.
I have 2 videocards cuz I have notebook ( Nvidia - main and Intel ). When I run the game through Nvidia POE has unexpected disconnection occurred. But yesterday I ran the game through Intel for fun and didnt have unexpected disconnection occurred. I repeat this move today. Through Nvidia the game just has lags and then unexpected disconnection occurred. But through Intel I have no this error. I cant play through Intel, cuz its not for games I have something like 40 fps in hideout when I just stay and dont move. in short I cant play so.
P.S I did Nvidia's settings perfomance and quality. Its not work. I have no problems in other games. No one porblem.
