Too little defenses, what can I do at this point?

Hello, so I started playing PoE 3 weeks ago and currently have Necro lvl 77. Someone gave me this skill tree to follow for a summoner build.

I picked up all the life nodes I could find as shown in the tree planner. But currently Im sitting at 2.3K life along with 1.3K ES (goes up to 2K with discipline) which Im not sure is enough for endgame. I am doubtful of my equipment but Im not sure what to replace the current gear with. " Are you playing standard or hardcore? I have a build that you can follow for summoners updated for 2.6 (shameless advertising cough) but it's mainly made for hardcore. It would also work for standard, but you could probably drop some life in the passive tree. Also if you can find an undying incinerator you can replace sentinels with those. It's definitely your gear rather than your tree. For starters, you can replace the white unset ring with ... anything. Or throw a few orbs at it and see if you get some life/es on it. Your other ring, amulet, and belt all have little to no EHP.
