Heirophant Ascendency Question

Hi - i have a small question that hopefully somone can quickly answer - with the Ascendant - Heirophant ascendancy, is it possible to have two different totems out at one time? (one from a non helm skill and one from skill socketed in your helm) or only possible to have two of a single totem - socketed in your helm?

The two totems you have out can be from separate sources, but at least one of them has to be socketed in your helm. For example, you could have a decoy totem in your helm and an ancestral warchief in your body armor and both can be out at the same time.
