Looking for input on a 3.0 Elementalist Scorching Ray build

I'm still pretty new to the game and I've been enjoying it so far on a Sunder Gladiator, a Lightning Arrow Scion, and an in progress Ngamahu Cyclone Slayer build but those have all been builds from other players and I wanted to try piecing one together for myself based on Scorching Ray as a Witch and going for a sort of glass cannon build sacrificing the tankiness I've seen a lot of SR builds using with Templar in favor of more elemental damage. That being said, I still don't really know as much about the game as I'd like to quite yet and I'd appreciate any input on the build I have so far.
