Keep exalt, annul and chaos shards are recipe rewards

I agree with the decision of removing harbingers and their special currency.
But I believe the shards of the currency that will still exist is worth keeping, not as drop, but as new recipes rewards that will help economy and item sink.
Like:
1) Full unique set grants 1-3 exalt shards depending on ilv. Being 3 exalts for ilv 80+, 2 for 75+, and 1 for any ilv.
2) vendoring uniques grants 1-20 annulment shards depending on unique rarity and tier.
3) A new recipe that gives chaos shards. Maybe vendoring rares that have tier1-0 mods on it, depending on number of tier 1 mods it has.
This would make for a great unique sink, which would diminish the number of 1 alch uniques on the economy, making they worth a bit more.
The fact that currency tab already have slots for those is also convenient.
