Help with CoC bow build

Hi, could someone help a noob ?

I really like the CoC bow build, I know it is bad right now, but this is the only thing I enjoy. Playing as an elementalist, all my gear is increased critical chance, and this is my build https://tinyurl.com/y87luxjz

I have 2k HP at level 69, and not sure how to go on from here. I die a lot :)
Since no one plays this type of builds anymore, I have to find my own way around, and as a noob, I'm not doing a great job so far )
