In regard to Molten Strike Inquisitor

Heyya guys.
Please help me with this one.

I recently went on Youtube in search of some build.
And I found this one super cool molten strike build

I am really new to this game.
And this is my first char.
What happened was I didnt realized it was meant for Berserker.
I am already level 50+

Can this build works on Inquisitor?
