This build is mainly used as a showcase what you can do with Inpulsa's Broken Heart and how to scale its damage.

How it works: Explosions from Inpulsa's Broken Heart scale with % and additive damage. Inpulsa gives Arc much needed AOE clear. This build would be more effective with Headhunter, in which case I would just remove Arc and kill enemies with Shield Charge (similar to "autobomber"). If I had Headhunter I would go MoM instead of CI. I just went CI because caustic clouds are annoying.

why are you CI with inpulsas, you'd have more hp than es and you'd have way more points to spare. mind of the council is meh, esh's mirror is meh. you'd have more dps with a rare shield getting crit to spells, no bueno

Yes, in the hindsight MoM would be better. At first I didn't realize Watcher's Eye exists and I was annoyed that i can't leech life and ES at the same time. However with Vinktar + Doryani you can leech life and with the Watcher's Eye you can leech ES.
