Farming Endgame on a budget?!? FINALLY
The most fun low budget build I've ever played, current gear being (in items I bought and not including my crafting expenses and self found items) is in between 3-4ex so anyone including gamblers like me can farm red tier maps, and hopefully shaper/guardians. This build could easily work as a slayer, gladiator, elementalist, assassin, scion, pathfinder, or deadeye if you choose to play lightning strike or spectral throw since so many different attacks work and raider was my choice exclusively for clear speed/attack speed and the ele damage and status immunity from Avatar of the Veil, as everyone knows Slayer is really good this patch so it would be something to try.
Thanks to the awesome new mods on Shaped and Elder weapons I was inspired by that and Mathil1's tempest binding molten strike/spectral throw build from harbringer to make an ele scaling Claw character and to my surprise it's performing really well.

When I first found this claw and before I slammed mana I immediately thought of spectral throw and respect from a wand build to claw based proj build with molten strike as a 5-link for my single target, and after realizing that most meelee skills would socket in G G G after angrily vaaling the mana slam I decided to switch into dual wielding based on the potency of nodes like twin terror, dervish, aspect of the Panther etc and their relatively close position to my old passive tree that allowed me to fully switch by mostly using respec points from leveling and something like 10 regrets when I tried to do some optimizing things like swapping the Ranger proj nodes for the life nodes which took most of my points

My gloves also slammed mana this league and my second claw slammed mana leech so crafting should be better as the league goes on since I got my bad slams out of the way. crafting your own items can be less expensive especially while leveling since the requirements aren't high in this type of build a ele roll and attack speed is what I ended up using up until I crafted my second claw and I had no problems with yellow tier maps bosses and clearing. Accuracy should not be a priority for you while crafting a claw but as of the time of crafting I decided to keep the T1 rolls I got because none of my other gear has accuracy and was already ele resist balanced(if you do not deal all 3 damage types at this point it is definitely not worth the effort of resist capping but I also rolled fire damage on that claw which is good for this build thanks to generic ele damage scaling but cold or lightning are usually better this would just be a reliable way to apply ignites for immolate which can give a ton of damage, without divining the claw gives me about 6% chance to hit up from 83% or so, if I end up with accuracy on my claw for the final product it might be worth it with other good rolls but it's definitely better on either an amulet or 1 of your rings. My other 2 flasks are both very generic, I personally like having my life flask as a bleed flask but it would probably be best on a quick silver if you like running fast, or an onslaught flask for more damage and whirling blades attack speed which will be better when I socket my mobility skill in my gloves when herald of ice is replaced. since it will be the faster way of getting around anyway. herald of ice wont definitely be replaced because it applies Assassin's mark for power charge generation and also provides some survivability against porcupines. Currently the darkness enthroned does not have the type of jewels I want in it so until then it is not that worth it, but since the rest of my gear has balanced resistances on wise oak and I am trying to balance my elemental damage total (a little hard with ice bite and 7 frenzies + Thew Watcher's Eye extremely good added cold damage but the potential for hatred/wrath as a set up on a level 3/4 enlighten rather than empower and my consideration for immolate since I will be pretty consistently igniting with crit and the high attack speed it could give me a great balance. That's a long side note) it is currently better than say a belt like but depending on your balances and WED rolls on your belt a rare could be better but more expensive with 42% ele damage or something similar being a goal for the best dps I believe and of course higher life etc. and not necessarily a stygian because a leather belt (like headhunter on budget) or any other useful base, strength or whatever you can find with good rolls. Maybe the best Gem setup?:

I haven't put everything through POB yet but the best set up should be something like crit multi and multistrike as elder rolls on a claw, with Reave - ice bite - faster attacks/inc aoe(but reave doesnt really need it) or a personal preference because reave is strong enough as a skill to perform for clearing on a 3 link so it might not matter I think and I believe my Blade flurry single target is about as good as it gets with ice bite and faster attacks in the current claw (with crit strikes and Ele damage with attacks as elder rolls) but conc/immolate/elefocus could all be upgrades from either faster attacks or ice bite if I could get the colors

I'm not sure if winter spirit is completely worth it but again if I get phys rolls and you're using higher tier bases like imperial claws, or anything like that it will add a good amount of cold which scales better, on the same idea I don't have fangs of frost but it is worth it if the majority of your damage is cold damage, which in most early set ups it will be your highest because of ice bite even if it isn't in your tool tip. My plans as I continue to level are to grab revenge of the hunted for a little more health and as many jewel sockets as I can for abyss jewels. for shadow and duelist the passive tree differences aren't hard to assume but for scion I think it would be best to take path of ____ in whatever ascendancy class you choose to put yourself easily on the right side of the tree nad using scion start mostly for jewel sockets for abyss jewels etc and whatever you feel you needed most, attack speed/melee phys and scion life wheel (replacing other life in the full tree since constitution is a great life node) there's a lot of options and none are wrong, crit if needed, block if needed, ES if you wanted to try something different, no choice is wrong. (if you decided to go CI or hybrid just go path of the shadow or witch for the ES nodes to take over life) WARNING: I know my tree and gear might not be perfect right now but I'm expecting some constructive criticism so please help me make this build the new T1

Because my end game claw idea is to have both my clear and single target skills in my weapons I think belly of the beast at a 5-link being my most expensive item will eventually be swapped for a Kaom's heart for the higher life total, and likely while doing regular map clearing instead of bosses Dialla's to quickly level enlightens/empowers.
One of my friends also invested in The Watcher's eye with a Hatred cold damage roll, I think in most cases Wrath will give this build more DPS than hatred without the jewel or phys damage rolls on the claws such as the Elder "More physical Damage while Dual wielding" which I will keep on an alt roll while crafting my next claw because in my clearing skill it will likely be better than one more link despite the good mods attached to them (either global crit multi or attack speed) at decent number in a T1 elder roll, but the flat cold damage is so high It should always be worth it with the jewel in your build, right now I use it in the open jewel socket below duelist, if you can't afford it good quality abyss jewels with any good flat ele rolls and life are also great and slightly less expensive good 3 rolls from 10-20c and 4 rolls for 1-2ex depending on what you look for when you have the currency A lot of the current Gem set up is based on link colors and what I have available right now, I think that in the end game immolate and maybe elemental focus if I can keep ignites up, or as a replacement to immolate will be a better link than my current set up This is my first build guide I was just inspired by what the build ended up being and want to share that, thank you for your support! Things like gem levels quality and some end game link optimization will probably make this build really good so if you haven't played an attack based speed farmer this league try this build out! I want to apologize for every part of the build being a wall of text I just want to do my best to allow new players to understand why I made the build this way because that's who this build is for. I appreciate any feedback to improve the guide. Last bumped4 янв. 2018 г., 11:58:14
