Put a cooldown on proximity shield / Make them immune to knockback.
Maybe make it have some penalties for attacking while the shield is up as counterbalance, but please, make it not last forever, everyone with knockback on their builds will relate... it's a real pain having to chase the mob as he keeps getting out of the damageable range.

Another fix; make proximity shield slightly bigger and/or proximity shield enemies IMMUNE TO KNOCKBACK.

Proximity shields should absorb a maximum of X damage and then disappear for Y seconds.
As they are right now it's basically "immune to ranged damage". Immunities are bad, as GGG have repeatedly stated themselves. |

" It's god damm annoying, and having to move inside one of them may be dangerous as hell sometimes, in closed spaces, lots of monsters get stuck inside of it and THEN it can be very dangerous, i guess seeing you are a necromancer, it doesn't affect you because of summons. That's why you are defending it so much lmao. Also you probably never played some builds with lots of knockback, i have a barrage build with knockback on crit, and i crit 80% of the time, +30 arrows per second, so like +- 24 knockbacks each second, then i have to move again. Anyway, it's just a stupid unbalanced immunity thingie, like the guy said, anything that has immunities are bad. Also, rerolling sextants is stupid expensive, i don't do it. And because im playing summoner doesn't mean i don't have to deal with it by running inside the bubble, using convocation and trying to make specters attack mob with shield instead of doing something else. Walls and other obstacles can be used to prevent knockbacks " It's a pretty easy conditional immunity " I was talking about additional phys mobs that all have shields. If you are struggling with single shielded dudes you should GET BETTER haha You want mad bow clear speed and be able to deal with anti-range mechanic easily?
