Ping issues on Moscow server

So i took a break from poe for one and a half months and suddenly my ping on Moscow server is twice as high. Frankfurt and other europe servers didnt change. Something tells me that im not the one experiencing this, feedback from GGG or others affected by this would be appreciated.

"No, smartass, it's not (necessarily) his connection. We switched providers like 2 weeks ago, and the change in ping didn't correlate with it; it increased something like a month ago, from around 2 to 30 on my end, and remained at 30 after the ISP change.
