Tailwind doesnt actually work?

So the thing is - Tailwind buffs your evasion when you used skill recently - Yes!
Tailwind makes you 10% faster - NO! It wont show in defence/attack stats (movement speed or attack speed) and its doesnt actually felt (at least by me) that it works.

Maybe some conditions are not met? Need some feedback. Thank you.

The thing is i've got only Evasion buff and nothing else. This new Tailwind need to be clarifide.

But you should see a 10% increase in tooltip DPS....? If not, I would be VERY sceptical...

Pretty sure it works, tooltip just doesnt update properly (movement speed does update but with some lag)

And thats why we need dummies in hideout. What if its bugged and doesnt actually work?

Could be that tooltip just doesn't update Action Speed.

Have you ever checked if Acceleration Shrines apply to tooltip DPS?

Because I think what may be happening here is that you still do... say 100k tooltip DPS, but 10% faster per charge of Tailwind. Meaning your DPS is 110k, but it won't show.
