Crashes: Pre and Post Log-in

I've been playing PoE for quite some time; and several leagues in a row with this computer. Day 1 I played for nearly 11 hours and had no problems at all.

This league is the first that I linked my account to Steam as I wanted to finally track my hours and take advantage of some loose change on my Steam Wallet.

Day 1 I played for nearly 11 hours without any problems: no DC's or crashes.

Day 2 I couldn't even get to the Login Screen before it crashed my entire computer. I verified the game files, uninstalled and re-installed several times, updated all my drivers- and so on as I found any advice or what worked for other people. Eventually I finally got it to where my game would load and allow me to play.

Day 3 I was able to login and play for anywhere from 5-20 minutes before I would crash trying to load into a new zone or attack a large group.

Day 4 (This morning) I am back to my entire computer crashing when I initially try to start up the game. It gets to the GGG loading screen, freezes, and then my computer crashes. This time my PoE was removed from my Steam Library entirely so I reinstalled it. The problem persisted.

Quick rundown- so I am getting pre-login loading screen crashes (whole computer), crashes entering new instances, and crashes while fighting/being in same instance.

Any feedback or suggestions from anyone would be awesome.

I am using Kinetic Blast and did not have that running until the crashes started. (I saw some people thought specific skills were causing them to crash)

At this point I am assuming it is entirely to do with one of the hot-fix patches that came out after Day 1 of this league but I am open to trying any fixes.
