[Not a build, just question]Best Weapon for Skeletons Mages !

The situation :
I have ~100 chaos budget
I have a tabula rasa
12 Skeletons for the moment, 3 Dead Reco Jewels & 2 To Dust for the moment
Anger, Clarity for Aura (Someone tell me to take Wrath, but it dont add lightning damages to spells so..)

The problem:
What weapon should i take ?

I read many threads and for the majority :
- Pledge of hands : best damages for skeletons
- The Scourge + Victario's Charity (with Aegis)
- Lightbreaker for mobility

But i make many tests on PoBuilding :
- Pledge of Hands 5L isnt so good and 6L is very expensive for me now.
- PoBuilding dont calculate TheScourge bonus "+70% minion damage when you hit"

Victario is bad with Skeletons because i always re-summon them so they lose charges ?

So my solutions for the moment :
Keep the tabula rasa until Pledge 6L
Or take The Scourge

If you have an another one, tell me !

In my opinion: Pledge is the best option, even 5 linked.
I was using skelies + spectres in 5L pledge and it was good.
If you lack of survivability, i will suggest using shield + Ephemereal edge/essence crafted wand with minion damage.
If you have Ascetic amulet, good to use simple blue wand with cast speed.

So i will probably try pledge.

Pledge is great for getting the most skeletons out in one cast, however with the new ascendancy, Bone Sculpter, and a From Dust you can already cast 5 skeletons at once. If you are ok with only 5 at a time (more than enough in most cases) Femurs of the Saints (according to PoB) will grant you the highest DPS.

You can also try Queens Escape/Decree.

If you like casting your minions in the mob groups Sire of Shards can be a lot of fun.

If you really want to use a shield, you can try Severed in Sleep/United in Dream.

Or you you can of course use The Scourge
