[3.2]Help with Scion Build Passive Tree

Hello Guys,

I am sort of rookie to this game.

A friend and I are trying to follow this build here:

I am seeing a disconnect in the path of the tree from the center to the nodes on the outer layer.
I am a bit lost how one can achieve this.

Can anyone help with this?
