Theory-crafting A CI Poison Cyclone!

So I'm here in POB and the damage from the build I've put together is just not adding up. I want to be tanky so I've gone occultist. Is this a reasonable build w/o mirror tier items or will I be forced into a squishy assassin? Anyone got some ideas? Also wanted the clear speed from the bodysplosions from Occultist (could go bleed/poison both and use hemophilia gloves if needed). Never really messed around with poison before so not sure if POB just doesn't calculate correctly or if I'm just garbage. XD
