Best summoner build?

I am new to playing, and I was wanting to know what the best build was for a witch. I was told summoner skeletons was a good build. But on doing research I found so many types... Help?

Skeleton builds are indeed wonderful. Start with a cheap one.
When your character is high level, you'll easily be able to buy gear and respec tree points to try many other builds with the same high level character.
I suspect Triniparty's guides are the cheapest and least mechanically demanding for new players. They also have detailed explanations for new players so are a good place to start.
