Complaint about my unlucky Headhunter farming in Burial

Map: T3 Burial Chambers
IIQ: 82
Total runs from the end of bestiary and incursion: 1500
1:30 - 2 minutes each burial

0 doctors.

I would like to drop all 8 cards, ended up with not even seeing the visual of the card in my inventory.
Anyway, the farm was great, was able to farm the entire build in both leagues, Rigwald, 6L queen, 2 inspired, and now doing a poets pen arc to have some fun in other things in the game.

And I've already tested my filter with a friend, I was getting anxious about that.

I just wanted to vent my pain. Thank you.

what is it about HH that makes ppl sink that much time and effort into it? surely it cant be THAT great,its more for bragging rights?

Not like I can speak for others but I can throw up a few guesses. 1, it could be just a trophy a player wants to have and to farm it at least once (that was my case in harby). GGG gives 40 challenges each league to maybe guide and influence your Path, but some like to crank that up a notch and make their own challenge. 41: farm a HH. 42: maybe go to level 100? 43: beat Shaper for the first time? Things like that.

But throw in an evasion build with a queen of the forest and you're driving the fastest race car around stealing multiple rare mods in quick succession. As if you had problems clearing maps with a regular build, this can make it filthy. lol

Well... you CHOSE to spend your time in the game like this. You knew the odds. At least you are able to stop and do something that you can enjoy.

I used to farm HH cards something like one year ago. Running shaped spider forest map over and over was the most entertaining thing to do in POE after they nerfed my first addiction - uber lab.
Some people just prefer to run one map again and again. You don't have to think, just watch how monsters die while listening your favourite music, you can relax.

Unfortunately this days are gone, i don't enjoy burial chambers layout ;c


So why burial chambers? Because poe lack items that are desired. Everybody wants to be rewarded after spending hours on mapping. HH cards are one of very few things that have some value that can be farmed.

Dropped that last night. Not sure how many maps, but less than you. ;P

But seriously, GG for sticking with it that long. My longest dry spell was about 800-1000 maps or so. It's always the first Doctor that's the most trollish. You either get it 2 maps like some people, or it'll take you 600+. Or 1500+ in your case lol.

I am way over 2000 and 0 doctors. Bad RNG happens. Deal with it :)

You should see that thread one player posted about how "easy" it is to mf a HH. Basically he/she spent two fucking weeks farming BC and got only 2 cards and was asking for a nerf to the map and move the card somewhere else.

And that's probably what's gonna happen with any map people like runnin for whatever reason. GGG will move the card to torture chamber and the same zombies/redditors that asked for the nerf are gonna realize how unfun it is and will quit fucking the rest of players who stay.

Top players will always have a HH anyway, play the trading game and a HH is guaranteed.
