Some help for my witch ? (arc-crit)

hi,

i don't know what should i change on my witch.
actually , try to finish my atlas and run map t8/9.
i want to step up my caratere, but don't know how.

have 4000 hp, 1400 es, tooltip say 27k dps with arc, and 26k with fireball.
play with both but focus arc. (found just fun and usefull to switch sometime).

could you take a look on my passif and my gear, if you see something i can change ?

nb: have no problem on map at this point, but don't know if would be the same in t12 map xD
