[3.3] Crit. Storm call elem. T16 / guardians / Elder T10

~ OVERVIEW ~

This build is as revamp of my previous storm call build.
it has a better survivability and DPS (thank to crit + vaal version of storm call).
Have better map clearance.
It is based on critical electrical damage with penetration, new vaal version of storm call, and energy shield leech.
nb : I am a casual gamer, this build is a good option to reach T16+ without farming to long for stuff.

~ SKILLS ~

• 6L: Vaal Storm call + less duration + add lightning damage + lightning penetration + increased critical strikes + concentrated effect
• 4L (helmet): orb of storm + innervation + power charge on critical + conductivity
• 4L: cast when dmg taken + immortal call + molten shell + ball lightning
• 3L: lightning warp + faster casting + less duration
• 2L: cast when stunned + shock nova

others:

• lightning golem

~ EQUIPMENT ~

only one unique needed:

I use carnage heart for life leeched.
Choice one with low physical leech (useless in this build) to get one at low price (15-20c).

With ghost reaver, it allow you energy shield recharge instead of life.

¤ Without power charge nor innervation.

• normal storm call DPS : around 90k (32,9k/used, 2.72 cast/s)
• Vaal storm call DPS : around 312k (34,3k every 0.11 second, but only during 2.72s)

¤ With power charge and innervation.

• normal storm call DPS : around 136k (50k/used, 2.72 cast/s)
• Vaal storm call DPS : around 478k (52.6k every 0.11 second, during 2.72s)

Note: these DPS are without Orb of storm DPS (up to 24k) and Conductivity curse (-45% of lightning resistance)...

I don't think you can use Vaal skill gems with spell echo support.

"Spell echo" was a wrong copy-past from previous build, I have remove it.
Now it is corrected: 6 gems for the 6L :)

I got issue to display my stuff, all equipment are displayed as the carnage heart jewel :(
